Yes — appointments are required. We do not accept walk-ins. Call us at (667) 803-0831 to book.
Our evening and weekend slots fill up fast, but we often have same-day availability. Call us anytime!

Cancellation Policy: Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

We totally understand that things happen! 
However, to keep everything running smoothly, please arrive on time. 
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

Best time for facial features for twins is around 24 weeks while there is still room

Hydration is key! Aim to drink 2 liters of water daily for at least 7 days before your appointment. Also:

  • Skip belly lotion or oils the day of your scan
  • Bring cold water or juice to help keep baby moving
  • A light snack before your appointment may help too

Despite preparation, babies have their own agenda — if yours is feeling shy, don’t worry! Some packages include a free return visit if needed.

We always do our best, but image quality depends on factors like:

  • Baby’s position
  • Amount of amniotic fluid
  • Placenta placement (anterior placentas can reduce visibility)
  • Baby’s activity level at the time of the scan

If we can’t get clear images during your visit, you may be eligible for a free return scan, depending on your package.

No! As long as you’re hydrated, there’s no need to arrive with a full bladder.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring up to 5 adult guests into the ultrasound room with you.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that anyone recently sick or traveling by air wait 14 days before visiting.

You’ll receive your digital photos and videos at the end of your session – perfect for sharing with family, friends, and one day, your baby!
Please Note: You must save your video and pictures to a file. Videos only stay in the cloud for 7 days due to the size of data.

No, elective ultrasounds are not covered by insurance.
